Installation

Once the space has been designated, plans drawn and approved and equipment selected, the highly skilled crew of GGB employees and sub contractors will begin the installation of the grow room. The first step in this process is to frame out the room according to design specifications. An electrical system to designed to support all of the equipment running in the room will be installed while the walls are open. Not all rooms will require a designated circuit but for those that do, this will be the time to intall. Acoustic sheetrock is then hung on both sides of the new wall with R-13 fiberglass insulation to allow for maximum temperature control and ultimate sound minimization. White panda film with black backing or mylar is then applied to the interior walls to provide maximum reflection and control of environment. Ventilation, both intake and outtake is then installed, the ventilation system will have been designed to accommodate the other systems in place. Lights are then hung and attached to the ventilation system to keep them cool. Tables are constructed to hold trays and accommodate reservoirs. Individual projects will vary in terms of personal need and preference, this account is a basic idea for general purposes only.
